Rev. Arthur Foy III Scholarship

St. Mark AME and Peace Church are excited to offer annual scholarships in memory of Reverend Arthur Foy III, former pastor of St, Mark AME. He was known in Duluth for his ministry with young people and his insistence on the importance of higher education. This year we will award at least two scholarships of $1,000 each. Applicants must be students of color from the Duluth Superior area who are pursuing post-secondary education in a field of their choice. Although our focus is primarily on students graduating from high school, we encourage non-traditional students to apply.

We hope you will help us get the word out to qualified students. Please feel free to contact foyscholar@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Peace to you,
Rev. Anthony Galloway
