Worship service at 8:30am and 10:30am.
Taizé service led by Mark Hakes. Mark recently spent a week in France at the Taizé Community, and he is excited to share his experience with our congregation. The 8:30 service will be in the style of a Taizé service with meditative prayer, silence, and song.
The 10:30 service will include elements of Taizé style music and meditation and a sermon by Mark.

Scripture for the Sixth Sunday of the Easter Season:
John 14:15-21 is the lectionary reading. For a reflection on the story, go to Witness of Love/Never Abandoned by Kathryn Matthews Huey, Weekly Seeds, UCC, 2014. Weekly Seeds is a source for Devotional Bible study based on the readings of the Revised Common Lectionary, the plan for weekly Bible readings followed by Peace in its weekly worship, like other Protestant, Anglican and Roman Catholic churches throughout the world.
