Much has been discussed this summer and fall related to implicit bias and policing. Here are some links to explore that further:
- Fair and Impartial Policing: an evidenced-based training to address implicit bias with officers
- Project Implicit: A research project that explores how implicit bias is a part of all aspects of American life – supported by Harvard. This has online tests you can take which test your bias. (It is important to note that this test provides insight into how you have been socialized in this society and does not speak to your values as an individual or what you strive to promote in your life.)
