Definitions
[Representative] Chairs = Represent designated permanent committee(s) and various ministry teams; monitor the expenditures of and report to the Council on the work of the committees and ministry teams for which they are responsible.

Committee Chair = Responsible for facilitating the work of the committee and reporting activities, budget, etc. to Representative Chair.

Committees = Formally structured groups serving the basic functions of the church. Teams = Congregationally driven activity/advocacy groups formed on the basis of interest and member commitment.
