| Two words are often used to describe the United
Church of Christ: freedom and responsibility. We have been described
as "a church that is independent and subject to no temporal
authority; but equally a church that is the servant of all and
minister to everyone." Here in Duluth, Peace is a rapidly
growing, energetic diversity of individuals and families.
Our building is used almost every night of the week by our
members and by community groups. Walk in and you may see Bible
Study, yoga, Brownies, AA meeting, Confirmation, Audubon,
letter writing campaigns, quilt making, and the list goes
on and on.

At Peace Church, we come to explore our beliefs,
discuss among ourselves, and live out our faith. We hope this
website gives you an idea of what we are all about and that
your own walk with God may bring you to our doors. As Pastor
Kathy says at the end of each worship service-Peace Friends.
